Ensuring Quality through Rigorous Audits

In June 2025, we conducted an in-depth audit of our European Factory, covering everything from machinery and clean-room facilities to safety and supply chain controls. The goal is to double-check that our factory’s processes deliver on our commitment to “compliance, reliability, and innovation” with every board we make.

Key Audit Outcomes (June 2025)

The latest audit results were very encouraging. Out of 228 checklist items, the factory scored 75% overall, which means most areas were rated “Good” to “Excellent.” This confirms we have strong foundations in place. For example, we received top marks in production capacity and equipment (90% and 85% respectively), showing our plant can handle complex, high-volume jobs with reliable machines. We also scored highly (~80%) in clean-room quality, our quality management system (QMS), and subcontractor oversight. These areas are crucial: clean-room strength means your high-density or sensitive PCBs are built in a pristine environment, and solid QMS means strict procedures are followed at every step. Any audit is also about learning. The lowest scores were in environmental/safety controls (~56%) and maintenance practices (~66%). Far from being a setback, this feedback is a catalyst for improvement: we’re already enhancing training, safety protocols, and equipment upkeep. In short, the audit didn’t just give us a report card – it gave us a clear roadmap to get even better.

We have “very extensive quality control” procedures – every step is checked and every board is tested.
